Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Governs All Personal, Commercial, and Institutional Treasury Services.
By opening an account, accessing the Banexra Online Banking Portal, or executing instructions through our electronic interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Master Terms. This agreement constitutes an enforceable legal covenant between you ("The Customer", "Account Holder", or "Authorized Signatory") and Banexra Bank Group.
All accounts remain subject to ongoing KYC re-verification. The Bank reserves the unilateral right to suspend, freeze, or restrict operational withdrawals if updated corporate governance filings, beneficial ownership registries, or sanctions screening documentation are withheld upon formal request. Account Holders must notify the Bank within 14 calendar days of any material change in legal address, tax residency, or citizenship.
Instructions received for wire settlement (RTGS or SWIFT) are treated as irrevocable once authenticated with your Transaction PIN or two-factor security token. The Bank applies standard settlement surcharges ($10.00 for domestic, $45.00 for cross-border wires) and processes transfers using live interbank currency rates adjusted by our published liquidity spread. Banexra Bank cannot be held liable for clearance delays resulting from correspondent intermediary banks, foreign exchange holidays, or regional currency controls.
Account Holders are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their digital credentials, hardware tokens, and Transaction PINs. Any transaction successfully authenticated with valid 2FA tokens is presumed authorized by the Account Holder. In the event of suspected device theft or credential compromise, the Account Holder must immediately execute a lock command through the portal or notify our 24/7 Fraud Monitoring Desk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Bank retains an automatic right of set-off across all accounts maintained under your corporate or personal ID. If a matured lending facility or credit card balance remains unpaid, the Bank may debenture or debit any active deposit wallet (in any currency) to extinguish the outstanding liability without prior court proceedings.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by English Commercial Law, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
